when IKEA will back open in covina California
Well, individual stores are now showing next Monday, May 31st, as having hours of 11 am to 7 pm. Instead of closed which is what its said since mid March. All my local stores in So California show this. So here's hoping...
I'm trying to place an order to pick up but every location says: Click & Collect is temporarily unavailable at this store due to increased demand. I can't even book a future date - is the system broken?

They probably cannot handle to crowds right now. Maybe not enough staff to order for store pick up
A part of the assembly was damaged, what do I to get it replaced? Should I take the entire purchase or just damaged part?
Between a 45 min phone call and dealing with this problem here is how it works. You take the broken part(s) into your local Ikea. They use either your receipt or your family card number to look up the transaction. They then have you wait while they pull a new box out and give you a new piece straight from a box.

Amazing place to shop! I went in June and it was super nice and covid-19 safe. They have handwashing stations all around. They have sanitizer wipes, I mean super amazing. Everyone was respecting the social distance recommendations. All employees wore a mask. I found everything I needed in stock and I will most definitely come back to this location!

Love IKEA! So we got there at 945am before it opened and the line was already long but once the store opened it took us 25 mins to get inside ( we were at the end of the line) it honestly didn't feel that long because the line was moving steadily. A section of the show room was under construction but that didn't really matter to me because I was there for certain items that they had in stock. Overall I enjoyed the experience especially with the covid restrictions.

I love going to Ikea. I’ve been going a lot these past few days since my daughter has just moved to her new home.I’ve always been treated very by almost all the staff except for one who works at the home delivery service... her name is Ana. She doesn’t do anything, she keeps on asking others & she’s arrogant. She is the most arrogant staff i ever encountered. I had to approach another staff to answer my questions afraid that she might eat me up alive.... so young & yet so rude.

Store is Open but what a Line! Line forming is downstairs Only! So if you parked upstairs where the usual Entrance is.. my advice is drop someone off to stand in line down stairs in the parking garage 1st! Then find parking.. standing in line in the parking garage can get Hot.. The Resturant is closed but the Food spot near the Cashiers is still open. 75 cent Hotdogs 🌭. You can still get meatballs. I probably should have not gone on a Sunday afternoon. It was a bit too crowded. What I loved was that there were hand washing stations all over the store!

Ikea is cool not your everyday shopping experience. I like that they show you what your item can look like in your home or office. Good pricing. I went for the shoe organizer in whitish greyish color but they were out. So I got it in brown. It's very lovely in both colors. I got the forks for a friend who uses them for work.
